Registered Accessibility Specialist Examination Information

A completed and approved RAS Application and attendance at the Texas Accessibility Academy is required prior to scheduling the RAS examination with PSI. Information about the application process and qualifications for RAS certification are available in the RAS License Application Instructions and Rule 68.70.
The RAS examination is administered by PSI Services and the examination fee is paid directly to PSI. For general information about PSI, go to the company’s website at www.psionline.com. For information about the PSI testing program, go to www.psiexams.com.
The Registered Accessibility Specialist examinations may be taken at several locations around the state. Once you meet all eligibility requirements, you will receive an eligibility postcard from PSI. The postcard contains instructions for registering and scheduling examinations. You should obtain the Candidate Information Bulletin (CIB) which provides you with detailed information about the examination administered by PSI.
