F. Discussion and possible recommendation on proposed rules at 16 Texas Administrative Code, Chapter 83 Section 83.108 regarding foot spa rules incorporating disposable spa liners, portable whirlpool jets and non-whirlpool foot basins.

Work group report and possible recommendation regarding amendments to existing rules at 16 Texas Administrative Code, Chapter 83 Sections 83.72 and 83.74 relating to the use of school hours calculated by credit or by clock as determined by schools and definition of withdrawal or termination during first week of school.
