TDLR is providing information regarding license renewal, expiration and compliance to evacuees displaced by the effects of wildfires in Texas. TDLR is following Governor Perry's proclamation and implementing expedited reciprocity for licensed services necessary to aide in the response to this disaster. More information will be provided as it becomes available.
TDLR is now accepting online payment for administrative penalties.
TDLR Finds Violations - The Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) investigated complaints against O'Connor and Associates and determined the Houston property tax consulting firm committed several violations, resulting in an administrative penalty of $250,000, plus other consequences.
