TDLR is now accepting online payment for administrative penalties.
TDLR Finds Violations - The Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) investigated complaints against O'Connor and Associates and determined the Houston property tax consulting firm committed several violations, resulting in an administrative penalty of $250,000, plus other consequences. The press release, detailing the violations and penalites, is available online.
