  6. Education and Examination Division discussion on;
    1. current school concerns about reporting credit hours
    2. when schools should report students’ accrued hours to the department
    3. how to submit electronic records
    4. the curriculum review process
    5. how to use the module completion forms
    6. the requirements schools must meet before offering credit course hours
  7. Field Operations Division discussion on what inspectors look for when conducting inspections in cosmetology schools that use credit hours instead of clock hours and other inspection related matters
  8. Compliance Division discussion on how to report credit hours for students who drop or withdraw and other enrollment hours related matters
  9. Enforcement Division discussion on the complaint process for schools using credit hours and other enforcement related matters
  10. Discussion regarding how to improve the process for using credit hours and how we move forward from here
  11. Wrap-up by Department staff
  12. Closing comments from Advisory Board Members
  13. Adjournment
