H. Discussion and possible recommendation regarding proposed new rules and proposed amendments to existing rules at 16 Texas Administrative Code, Chapter 74, Elevators, Escalators and Related Equipment, to implement House Bill 3741, 84th Legislature, Regular Session (2015). The proposed changes add new definitions and rules that establish standards to remove equipment from service, and make other minor rule clarifications.
